Ksenija has been playing piano since the age of 6. Her formal music education started at the age of 8 and lasted over the course of 14 years. 

She has earned a Masters Degree in Piano Performance at the University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. 

After graduating, she pursued a teaching career. Completing the Specialist Exam entitled her to teach independently. 

She started working in the position of piano teacher in primary music school as a full-time professional, where she has been teaching talented students. 

She has also served as adjudicator on final piano juries and piano accompanist at the same school. 

After moving to Canada in 2010, Ksenija continued her teaching path, discovering and exploring new teaching styles and methodologies.

She is a member of Nova Scotia Registered Music Teachers' Association.
